Apriltsi

Location: Apriltsi is situated in the heart of Bulgaria in a picturesque valley, nestled at the foot of the Northern slopes of Stara Planina mountain range. It is located 210 km north - west of Sofia and 60 km of Lovech regional centre. The town is a climatic treatment mountain resort, which is to surprise everybody with its cultural and historical landmarks and the many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and fishing.

Sightseeing: The main attraction for the visitors of the town is the “Holy Trio” Monastery, situated in Novo Selo district. The region is rich in natural beauties and offers many panoramic views of the mountain. That is why many eco tours and eco trails are organized. The eco tour to Vidima Sprinkler Waterfall is a challenge and is a unique adventure for everybody. Apriltsi is also a starting point to Botev Peak and the Water Holes Cave.
