Cancellation:
* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 days before, during low season;
- 10 days before,during middle season;
- 24 days before, during high season;

Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 1 night accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 3 nights accommodation penatly for New Year Period.

Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
