Location: St. Ivan Complex is located in the southern area of Bansko, to the east of the ski lift at the foothills of the Pirin Mountain. The elevated position provides splendid panoramic view to the town and the mountains around.
St. Ivan comprises of eight blocks of flats and Apart Hotel integrated service centre with shops, indoor swimming pool, SPA centre, restaurants and bars. The five storey structures are surrounding a beautifully landscaped space with recreational areas, swimming pool, coffee shops and restaurants. All apartments incorporate spacious balconies or terraces at the ground floor level.
The architectural concept borrows from the rich local traditions using basic materials and details typical for the region of Bansko – a combination of stonework and wood boarding, wooden balustrades and roof details.
Our guests can enjoy the incredible atmosphere of perfect service and tasty food in the restaurant, Confectionary and the Café of the complex.
