Fourth International Youth Festival Euroart
The Fourth International Youth Festival Euroart starts these days in Blagoevgrad and is going to continue 5 days. The Festival is organiazed by South-West University Neofit Rilski together with municipality Blagoevgrad with the exclusive help and assistance of the German embassy and National library N.
