DIANA PETROVA AFTER WE CHEK IN the hotel welcome us all . She was very kind and explain us all the deatels off the hotel and resort town. thanks a lot to Diana Petrova because of her our staying in borovets and the hotel was the best . From all our friends thats was staying in the hotel , THANKS DIANA YOU ARE THE BEST ! !!!

The hotel was fine, but the beds need replacing. They are extremely uncomfortable and the sheets are too small. Otherwise we have no complaints and will definitely be back. Ski service and instructor were fantastic! Lucky too that we got snow!
