Price notes:
The rates are in EUR, per room, per night, on HB basis (breakfast and dinner included). The rates also include use of swimming pool, fitness.

Maximum capacity:
- single room - 1 person;
- double room - 2 persons;
- studio - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children;
- apartment - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.

- Resort fee - 7 Euro per adult, 4 Euro per child, per stay

Reductions:
- Child till 3.99 years old stays for free on extra bed;
- Child from 4-13 years old on regular bed with 1 adult pays 50% from the price per adult;
- Child from 4-13 years old on additional bed with 2 fully paying adults in studio pays 30 % from the price per adult;
- Child from 4-13 years old on additional bed with 2 fully paying adults in apartment stays for free;
- Adult on extra bed in studio or apartment - 30 % from the price per adult.

- New Year dinner (obligatory) - 55 Euro per adult, 30 Euro per child
- Christmas dinner (not obligatory) - 40 Euro per adult, 25 Euro per child

All additional hotel facilities are subject of additional charge on spot at the hotel.

Cancellation:
* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 working days before, during summer and low seasons
- 10 working days before, during medium season
- 31 working days before, during high season

Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for summer, low and middle seasons and 100 % penalty for high season
