The rates are in EUR, per room, per night, on BB basis (bed & breakfast included). The rates also include use of swimming pool, fitness.

Maximum capacity:
- single room - 1 person;
- double room - 2 persons;
- double luxury room - 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 children
- studio - 3 adults or 2 adults + 3 children;
- apartment - 3 adults or 2 adults + 3 children.

Supplements:
- Resort fee - 7 Euro per adult, 4 Euro per child, per stay
- HB supplement:
- 18 Euro per adult, 10 Euro per child, per day, for the period 30 Dec 2012 - 02 Jan 2013;
-14 Euro per adult, 8 Euro per child, per day, for the period 03 - 17 Jan 2013;
- 12 Euro per adult, 6 Euro per child, per day, for the period 18 - 29 Dec 2012; 18 Jan - 15 Apr 2013.

- New Year dinner (obligatory) - 110 Euro per adult, 55 Euro per child
- Christmas dinner (not obligatory) - 55 Euro per adult, 30 Euro per child

Reductions:
- Children up 3,99 years old on extra bed - free of charge
- Child from 4 to 12,99 on regular bed with 1 adult - 50 % discount from adult price
- Second and third child from 4 to 12,99 on extra bed with two fullypaying adults in Junior or Standard Suite - 20 % discount from adult price
- Third adult on extra bed with two fullypaying adults in Double Deluxe room, Junior or Standard Suite - 30 % discount from adult price

All additional hotel facilities are subject of additional charge on spot at the hotel.

Cancellation:
* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 working days before, during summer and low seasons
- 12 working days before, during medium season
- 31 working days before, during high season

Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for summer, low and middle seasons and 100 % penalty for high season
