The hotel is lovely but is nowhere near as lovely & the service is very orientated towards squeezing every penny out of the customer .The food used to be amazing but is now not so good & very salty also so limited we were dreading going to dinner by the end !!

The ski school did give us the value for the service we were looking for. Everyday deferent ski guide and group, very disappointing

Great hotel at reasonable price. Had a lovely stay. Was going to hire skis package but was not able to as you did not offer snow blades. Will look to use you guys again. Many thanks . K

More info on restaurants and services in borovets could be posted on the website, like a list of all or more restaurants than the few available on the site.
Also, guests relying on public transport could be informed that hotel yastrebets offers occasional shuttle service from and to hotel.
Thank you for your great customer service other than that:)! Your responsiveness to clients is very quick and friendly.
