Price notes:
* The prices are in Euro, per room (for 2 persons), apartment (for 2 persons) or Finnish chalet (for 4 persons), per night, breakfast included. The rates also include use of fitness, indoor swimming pool, ice fountain, solarium, Jacuzzi, gym, thermo zone - Finnish sauna, steam bath, Herbal bath, Laconium, Kneipp foot therapy and sumptuous lounge;

** Weekend Rates (Friday & Saturday) are valid for Friday & Saturday and reservations for less then 7 overnights;

*** Minimum 7 overnights stay for arrivals during the period 27 Dec 2012 - 06 Jan 2013;

**** Dinner is obligatory during the period 24 Dec 2012 - 03 Jan 2013;

Maximum occupancy:

Single room: 1 adults + 1 child up to 4 yrs old;
Double room: 2 regular beds + 1 extra bed;
Finnish chalet: 4 regular beds + 1 extra bed;
Small Apartment: 2 regular beds + sofa;
Large Apartment: 2 regular beds + sofa + 1 extra bed;

Supplements:

Baby cot - free;
Children up to 4 years old - free in parents room;
Child 4-13 yrs old on extra bed - 11 Euro;
Adult on extra bed - 22 Euro;
Dinner supplement - 22 Euro per adult, 11 Euro per child for the period 03 Jan 2013 - 31 Mar 2013; 26 Euro per adult, 13 Euro per child for the period 26 - 30 Dec 2012; 01 - 03 Jan 2013; 56 Euro per adult, 28 Euro per child for the period 24 - 25 Dec 2012; 170 Euro per adult, 85 Euro per child for 31 Dec 2012;

All additional hotel facilities are subject of additional payment on spot at the hotel.

Extras:
14=12, 10=8, 7=6 during the period 13 Jan 2013 - 17 Feb 2013; 03 - 31 Mar 2013.

Cancellation:
Payment of 100% of rental amount is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days in advance.
- For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. Payment of balance is required by 7 days before check in date.

* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 working days before arrival during summer season;
- 45 days before arrival during New Year season;
- 30 days before arrival during High season;
- 14 days before arrival during Middle season;
- 4 days before arrival during Low season;


Cancellations made after this period will be a subject to 100 % penalty fee
- No refund for early departures.
