Skiing on Buzludja
This year’s early snowfall provided excellent skiing conditions everywhere in the mountains. Please, have in mind that the Mountain Rescue Service announced high avalanche danger everywhere in the mountains, so take precautions and always follow the marked slopes.
We started our trip to Buzludja site, which is just 35 km from Stara Zagora, and less than 15 km from the beautiful Kazanlak. Buzludja peak itself is just 1441 m above the sea level, but offers a decent ski slope for intermediates...
