Thracian Cliffs Golf & Spa Resort is located on the Black Sea coast, 40 min north of Varna. The resort features a 18 hole championship golf course, 4 and 5 star hotels, villas, appartments, a SPA centre, golf club house and a driving range. The golf course is spread on a total area of 1800 decares and is situated on a high plot, facing the sea. Numerous restaurants, clubs, a trade centre and a yacht port are planned in the complex. Thracian Cliifs Golf & Spa offers a unique opportunity for its residents to have an exclusive one-off free 20 year Charter (First) Full membership at the Golf Club when purchasing a property. Non residents of the resort will have to pay a fee of 40 000 EUR to assure membership. The number of full membership is limited to assure the continued enjoyment of the Golf Club course and the Golf Club facilities. The annual Golf Club fee for Charter (First) Full Members is 1 600 EUR plus VAT.
