Strong wind and avalanche danger in the mountains

Strong winds are blowing on the highest parts of the mountains in Bulgaria, announced the mountain rescue service.
The weather is not suitable for tourism, except in the Rhodope Mountains. There is high avalanche danger.
The weather conditions are relatively suitable for ski sports in the ski centres, where all equipments are operating, according to the meteorology conditions.

The cabin lift from Simeonovi to the Vitosha Mountain is opened, as well as the chair lift Dragalevtski – Goli vrah, until the meteorology conditions allow it.

The lift to Bezbiog chalet in Dobrinishte is also operating, as well as the equipments in the Rhodope Mountain.
