Cancellation:
• Cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 3 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation.
• During the Agra and Vinaria fairs cancellation can be made at least 30 days before the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first three night's accommodation.
• During the Spring and Autumn fairs cancellation can be made at least 60 days before the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first three night's accommodation.
