Prices are per room/studio, per night in EUR.
Rates are inclusive of: VAT, Breakfast, insurance, community tax;

Discounts:
Children to 6 yrs old - free;
Children 6-12 yrs old on regular bed - 50 % discount;
Adult on extra bed - 40 % discount;

* Please note, that the rates for the Autumn Fair: 27 Sep - 04 Oct 2009 are valid for minimum 6 overnights stay.

Additional discount rates are available for Long stay, City break and Weekend programs, please ask!

International Fairs:
Agra Fair: 23 - 27 Feb 2010;
Vinaria Fair: 14 - 17 March 2010;

Cancellation:
• Cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 4 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation.
• During the Agra and Vinaria fairs cancellation can be made at least 30 days before the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first three night's accommodation.
• During the Spring and Autumn fairs cancellation can be made at least 60 days before the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first three night's accommodation.
