** The group rates are valid for accommodation of more than 6 pax;
*** Long stay - for accommodation for minimum 3 overnights.
**** City break - Minimum 2 tourists for 3 overnights or minimum 3 tourists for 2 overnights stay.
***** Weekend rates - Friday and Saturday.
- The rates are valid during Vinaria 14-17 March 2010 and Agra Fair 23-27 Feb 2010;
The rates are not valid during the International Plovdiv Fairs.

Cancellation:
• Cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 4 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation.
• During the Agra and Vinaria fairs cancellation can be made at least 30 days before the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first three night's accommodation.
• During the Spring and Autumn fairs cancellation can be made at least 60 days before the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first three night's accommodation.
