The hotel is not clean. The staff wasn't helpful hardly speak any other lanuage but bulgarian. There is no lift in the hotel and we hardly could convience them to help us with the suitcases.They agreed to do it only after begging and offering money for their help. We are ladies over 60 years old.
Breakfast was fine and so the restaurant.
Would recommend my friends not to take this hotel
