1- Did not supply english Tea at breakfast time, only Lemon Tea, also had no milk at breakfast time
2- Dinner staff more friendly and helpfull, did produce english Tea
3- Would suggest Tea/coffee facilities in the room
4- Excellent airport transfer

After payment with credit card the hotel was not informed that I already payed. This is a lack in the procedure. For me it wasn't clear that i had a voucher, was it a voucher?
This can people bring in trouble; Do they pay twice, What about the return of payment?
The management of the hotel accept my word that i payed with creditcard to SofiaHotels.net, This was nice of them.

On ATM Hotel info I suggest to add photos of bathroom. There is important for visitors. The bahtroom was good. Hotel is very nice, staff very friendly. Hotel is far from center and place near hotel is like "old parking" and building near hotel are "like old offices" but I saw mountains from my window and place is quiet.
