Cancellation:
* Cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 23 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 50 % of the accommodation. Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 100 % of the accommodation.
Location: Villa List Hotel is situated on the Central beach of Sozopol Black Sea resort, just 30 m away from the seashore.
Accommodation: The hotel features 100 double rooms, 10 apartments, 1 luxury apartment and 1 VIP apartment. All of the rooms and apartments offer a balcony with sea or town view.
Room Amenities: TV-set, telephone, mini-bar, air-conditioner, balcony and bathroom with hair-dryer and telephone. The terrace of the VIP apartment is arranged with lounges, offering to the guests a panoramic view to the sea and the sand beach of the Old part of Sozopol.
Bars & Restaurants: The restaurant of the hotel offers a rich menu of the Bulgarian and the European cuisine as well as a buffet breakfast and dinner.
Entertainments: Outdoor swimming pool, children's animation, children's pool, playground, children's room (3.5 euro a day), library.
Conference Facilities: There are 3 fully equipped conference rooms for up to 30, 50 or 150 seats and a small business centre with computer, Wi-Fi Internet, fax and copier. The VIP apartment features a business room for 10 persons, as well.
