Bulgaria will be presented at 43 tourism fairs around the world in 2012. The Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism announces a program for the state participation in fairs. Bulgaria will participate in the most important exhibitions in Europe - ITB Berlin, Intourmarket and Mitt in Moscow, UITT and WTM in London.
Bulgarian tourism will be presented also in Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Paris, Tokio, etc.

The head of the Bulgarian Tourist Chamber - Mr Tsvetan Tonchev, has described 2011 as a good year for Bulgarian tourism.
The sector saw good revenues in 2011 despite the financial crisis, Tonchev said in a Thursday interview.
He pointed out that the past year had fetched EUR 2.7 B in revenues from foreign tourists and BGN 1 B in revenues from Bulgarian tourists.

Bulgaria, Germany and Andorra offer best-value skiing in Europe, TripAdvisor announces.
The web site compares prices in 34 popular European ski destinations.
The estimation is based on the combined cost of one night’s hotel accommodation, one day’s ski pass, one day’s basic ski hire, a local meal and a bottle of beer.
