Price notes:
* The rates are in EUR, per night, rent only. The price includes use of pools and secured parking.
* Supplement for laundry in the apartments - 10 Euro per day.

Cancellation:
* For stay during the period 01 May - 10 June 2010; 15 Sep - 15 Oct 2010: 15 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations received after the release date will be charged as follows:
from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival date – NO SHOW PENALTY: fee equivalent of 10% of the total payment; from 6 to 1 day, prior to arrival date – NO SHOW PENALTY: fee equivalent of 25% of the total payment;
* For stay during the period 11 June - 10 July 2010; 26 Aug - 14 Sep 2010: 20 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations received after the release date will be charged as follows:
from 19 to 10 days prior to arrival date – NO SHOW PENALTY: fee equivalent of 25% of the total payment; from 14 to 1 day, prior to arrival date – NO SHOW PENALTY: fee equivalent of 50% of the total payment;
* For stay during the period 11 July 2010 - 25 August 2010: 30 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations received after the release date will be charged as follows:
from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date – NO SHOW PENALTY: fee equivalent of 30% of the total payment; from 14 to 1 day, prior to arrival date – NO SHOW PENALTY: fee equivalent of 50% of the total payment;
