The Service of VisitBulgaria was excellent. It has to be improved for what it concerns the additional costs that have to be paid in the hotel HB - but even tha water had to be paid; Gym had to be paid; Sunbeds had to be paid.
The Hotel has to improve the cleaning of the rooms especially of the bathrooms. The first day i didn't find any big towel in my room. Hust 2 small but not clean. Each day I had to ask the bathroom to be cleaned (e.g. the sand in the bath after tha shower). The smell in the bathroom was not so good because of the pipelines. It could be resolved.
It would be nice to have a larger Internet Room, at the average resort prices (not 5 lev per 30 min), and allow the guests to surf on the net by assuring their privacy. Having pepole behind me that was reading my e-mails was a little bit unfair.
The timing of the breakfst and too early (7.30-9 and 17.30-19) we were on Holiday I don' t have to wake up so early and in the afternoon I would prefer to lay on the beach till 19.00.
In any case I strongly recommend to visit Bulgaria in its Black Sea Resorts. I'll come backfor sure thanks a lot for all Bulgarian People.
