It was built according to the typical for Zlatograd architecture from the National Revival period and in the same time offers all conveniences of contemporary tourism.

The house features spacious, multifunctional and modernly equipped conference hall, named of very known writer from Zlatograd – Stanislav Sivriev.

The hall is suitable for seminars, conferences, science meetings, expositions, etc. There is constantly exposed exposition called “The golden hands of Zlatograd masters”. It includes more then 500 exhibits made from masters of Etnographic Area Complex.
