Terms to rent a car in Varna

The person who is to rent a car should present a valid driving license (with a minimum of 2 years experience) and a passport ID. The daily fee is for a 24-hour period of time, starting from the hour the renter receives the car. Any additional hours beyond the 24 hour period will be billed. The receipt and the turning in of the car are to be done at a mutually agreed place and with a full tank of gas (petrol). Rental prices include unlimited mileage, full technical service and free carwash. All cars for rent have liability insurance, and a full insurance package, which covers any damage on the car caused by the renting party, except in cases of any tire damage that is not caused by fire or car accident and in cases of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or failing to provide a police protocol at the return of the car or failing to provide the car’s documents to the police upon any examination. In case of an accident or theft of the car or parts of it, the renting party has the responsibility to immediately inform our office of Varna Rent as well as the police, in order to get the paperwork that needs to be filled out; otherwise any and all damage will be incurred and compensated by the renting party. The full rental price and the deposit have to be paid at the time the renting contract is signed and in effect. Additional equipment (e.g. infant’s seat, road map, ski rack and winter tire-chains) is FREE of charge. Delivery of the car within the city of Varna and Varna Airport is also FREE.
