The Hotel staff was exremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. We felt at home and they were helping us with anything we needed. I would definitely reccomend the hotel and would come back here again. Compliments again to the hosts.

This was our 5th stay in a row for 4 years at this hotel. We were disappointed because nothing seems to work like before. Hotel is not clean as it used to be. We booked 2 bedroom apartment and upon our arrival on Jan 12, were sent to apt. 108 that is on the 1st floor. The problem is that rooms on the 1st floor are actually partially under ground and windows do not open + you will watch legs of the people walking near your head. You will have to stay with curtain closed all the time or you will feel like you are in aquarium. We asked the receptionist who was on the afternoon shift to give us another apartment since the hotel was not full but she refused claiming that there no other apartment available. Also, when we asked for info about the telephone number of the room where our friends were she refused to help and yield on my daughter that there is a phone number list in the room (although the list was missing as well as many things of the equipment). I assume that on our 5th visit we could have been at list a little bit privileged and that we deserved respect and honest approach. Many things and equipment were missing in the apartment + it was not clean. Next morning we asked the lady-manager (at least she said she is the Manager) to give us another apartment and she said that it is not the problem and moved us to apt. 208. I must point that cleaning ladies were friendly and always happy to help as well as the janitor Mustafa. The rest of the stuff, especially the receptionists were lazy, nervous and lied to us if asked for something that deserved their effort. The ventilation in the kitchen was horrible so we "enjoyed" the smell from the other kitchens and the Irish pub that is in the basement, that was coming somehow to our room. The manager of the hotel walked around the hotel every evening checking on the windows and sending the janitor to tell the quests that windows must be closed since the central heating is on !?!? We were twice warned that if we do not clo

Hotel pool is not working and still it is announced on the web. Also, one firing of the fire place can be on a complementary basis. Hotel stuff should take care on the noisy guests, not to disturb the others while resting. Keep up with the good work and decrease the shuttle price - 2 euro is too much. Overall impression is very, very positive.

The food was absolutely garbage. the souna, jacuzzi and gym was NOT FREE like last year. We probably do not booking for this hotel in future.

The breakfast was under any expectations. It really isn't worth it. The lady at the restaurant wouldn't want to change the plates. She only wanted to play CityVille or something like that.
The room was cleaned only once, and the cleaning ladies smelled really bad.
The rest of the services were ok, the reception guys were nice.

I was not satisfied because even I arrived on time and the hotel was empty, the receptionist gave us a small apartment on the 5th floor. They could give us a better room. I stayed in the room number 503 and all the smell and smoke from the kitchen came to our room. The temperature was not constant and we had problems with it.
I am not satisfied by this hotel!
