The hotel is situated just two minutes away from the gondola lift and within walking distance from the shopping street, the center and the most popular taverns in the city. Boutique Hotel Ores, Bansko has 54 comfortable Rooms, Restaurant and Winter Garden, Lobby bar, Vitamin bar, Kid`s Club, Fitness and Wellness center, organic Pool with Dead Sea salts, ski storage and free WI-Fi throughout the complex. If you travel with your pet, Ores Boutique Hotel is your/their place. For their convenience, we can provide, on a prior request, a bed and a feeding bowl.

They are located on the top floor of the hotel. They consist of two rooms, a bedroom with two separate beds right next to each other and living room with sofa bed and two more single beds joined together. Two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms and a living room with soft furniture and kitchenette. The apartment is equipped with a TV, mini bar, private bathroom with tangentor shower / bathtub. The rooms also have a minibar, telephone, central heating system, safe, espresso machine and teapot. All terraces have mountain view. In all apartments, beds have a high-class mattress – “Coco-Mat” made entirely of natural materials. The hotel has a special pillow menu for a proper and restful sleep for our guests.

Pets
Your pet is welcome to us if it is:
– Up to 3 kg.
– Over six months old.
– It has all the necessary vaccines and it’s dewormed. Please carry your pet’s passport.
– It has established hygiene routines.
To provide you and our guests with a restful vacation, please comply with the following restrictions:
• Pets aren’t allowed in the hotel restaurants, the Wellness Center and the Children’s playground. Pet walking is allowed only outside the hotel. Their residence in the common areas is only by carrying in arms.
• Pets should not be left unattended.
• Any disturbance such as barking or yelping should be promptly discontinued in order to ensure other guests’ comfort.
Since your pet is also a guest of the hotel, please note that it will be charged 30.00 BGN per day for cleaning and disinfection. And we’ll provide comfortable bed and feeding and drinking bowls.
