A Weekend in Redenka Golf and Ski Club

Last weekend VisitBulgaria.NET team was invited to visit Redenka Golf and Ski Club near Bansko. The weather was fine and the last warm sun rays did not left us during entire diverting experience.

We left Sofia on Friday morning and after two hours of driving we reached Redenka Golf and Ski Club. We were there just in lunch time and the national cuisine of Ethno restaurant was exactly what we needed after travelling.
After we had a rich lunch we went to take a rest in our 3-bedroom chalet. Redenka Golf and Ski Club offers 12 3-bedroom chalets, 12 2-bedrooms chalets and two hotel buildings – Redenka Palace and Ledenka Lodge. Redenka Palace and Ledenka Lodge are provided with all types of rooms and apartments, but my favorite place to stay in the complex are the chalets.

The afternoon was full of action and emotions. Our hosts organized sports activities, games and relaxing procedures for us. Everything started on the football field, where the sport rage and ambitions reached the levels of World Championship in Football. The atmosphere was the same on the volleyball court. Those, who wanted to spend their time calmly, were playing cards around the outdoor swimming pool. The weather was not hot enough for the open air pool, but after the games finished everybody took advantage of the indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna in Redenka Palace.

Later on the team of Redenka Golf and Ski Club surprised us with a festal dinner party. As usually the evening started with toasts and chats around the tables and finished with dances and drinks late in the night – or may be early in the morning… I’m not quite sure.

That’s how we spend our time in Redenka Golf and Ski Club, and I’m sure we will visit the complex again, as soon as the first snow covers the magnificent peaks of Pirin Mountain. May be you will be there too...?
