We are pleased to inform you that on May 16th, 2009 the Museum HOUSE OF HUMOUR AND SATIRE in Gabrovo, Bulgaria will inaugurate the 19th INTERNATIONAL BIENNIAL OF HUMOUR AND SATIRE IN THE ARTS.
