This hotel does not live up to its five-star rating and is therefore majorly overpriced. The quality of service is poor, the state of all the facilities (other than the rooms) is dire, and the pool is overcrowded. It's also important to note that the hotel does not have its own beach--something we were confused about on the website.
all inclusiv was a bad dill only local beer or wine cola zero not include restaurant meals were very poor and can not compare to all incude in anatalia turkia. the rooms were super .and if you want espreso or capuchino you pay extra.
Service is great and the staff is very friendly. However I've been staying at Melia 2 years ago and finding that food selection at breakfast was much better back then. Such staple food as oatmeal and grits was not presented at all.
We saw Bulgaria the other side of Bulgaria. NICE!! WE LOVE IT!!
A very nice hotel!
The exception was the lack of the thermal water on SPA.
