Golf in Kulinoto

General Information: Kulinoto is located in the northern part of Pirin Mountain, 1400 meters above the sea level. The resort is 12 kilometers away from Razlog and just 2 from Predela site.
The site has one ski run with two drag lifts serving the run. The highest point of the run is approx. on 1600 meters altitude.


Ski & Golf: Balkanstroy, one of the most powerful companies in the region have recently signed an agreement with the local municipality of Razlog and have received license to develop Kulinoto into a ski & golf resort. In cooperation with Razlog Municipality – Kulinoto Ski & Golf in the Kulinoto site will offer both golf and ski facilities and sport opportunities.

Kulinoto Golf Course: “Kulinoto Ski & Golf Resort” will be devolped by Balkanstroy and Razlog Municipality. The planned investment will be 240 million BGN. Except for the golf course, the company will also construct a ski centre with 59 km of ski slopes and 20 km long lift system. Hotels and residential buildings with capacity of around 3000 beds will be situated nearby. The golf complex should be finished for 5 years or earlier.
