Exhibition “Shadows from the afterlife” in Nessebar

“Shadows of the afterlife. The Ancient necropolis of Nessebar” is the motto of the exhibition of archaeological values, prepared in the city, informed the curator of the exhibition Anelia Bozhkova.

The opening is set on October 14 in the National Archaeological Institute. “The exhibition presents the results of a four-year study of the ancient necropolis of Messambria and the ancient and medieval town," she added. Archaeologists have found 1300 burial equipment from different historical periods, some with very extensive inventory.

The exhibition includes 150 moveable archaeological values.
