Milan’s “La Scala” in Antique Theatre, Plovdiv

The Bulgarian audience will have the chance to enjoy the first-class performance of the legendary lead opera singers of the Milan "La Scala".
120 musicians will perform in Plovdiv's Antique Theatre on September 19. Milan's mayor, mrs. Leticia Moratti, who arranged the special visit, will arrive with the group.

The show will include one and a half hours of world-famous arias and symphony pieces.

Street of Crafts was Opened in Nessebar

New trade complex – Street of Crafts – was opened today in Nessebar. The project is entirely financed by Nessebar Municipality and is a part of new conception for the trade sites in the Old Town.
The plan includes new zones for trade that corespond with the requirement and specific character of the resort as town-museum and consider with its appearance to be built in the Old Town.

The Earliest Trails of Human Presence in Europe - in Bulgaria

The earliest trails from the presence of human beings in the Old Continent were found in Bulgaria.
This happened around Oreshets Village, Vidin region. The discovery was made by French-Bulgarian team of archaelogists exploring the "Kozarnika" cave near the village.

Tourism sector expects growth of between 6 % and 10%

The tourism sector in Bulgaria registers 11% growth in tourists and 16 % growth in currency revenues, according to information by Agency for Tourism.
"I think there are things that are not covered by currency and the revenues are higher", Blagoy Ragin, Chairman of the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association, said.

He noted the reason for the growth was larger number of beds. Ragin added the season was going very well and “things are for our benefit.”

Free Hip Hop Festival by the Bulgarian Seaside

Smokin' beach bar in "Smokinya" camp site will be the hip hop fans hot spot in August.

On stage will join Spens, Dimna Zavesa, Skopie via Sofia, O.C.G, Picasso - all of them members of Sniper Records.

Music will never stop with DJs Stancho, Marti G, Svetlio from Dimna Zsvesa, and Big Mouth from O.C.G. who will take turns around the music-stands.

The entrance is free during the whole three days of the festival. Hop on!
