Bulgaria to patent it curative mud in the European union

Bulgaria present the curative mud in Brussels, that it be recognized as a traditional, specific to our country and patented product. This is recorded in the National Strategy for Sustainable Development of Agriculture from 2014 to 2020. If the EU approves our request, healing mud can be a very profitable business. As a trademark will rely on EU funds for its promotion abroad.

Perelik peak hosted an eco jazz festival

The bears house at the Perelik peak hosted an eco jazz festival “The sound of silence” this weekend.
Over 300 guests attended the unique Jazz fest in the Rhodope mountains. The festival was held with the support of the ambassador of USA Marcie Ries. The open air scene was created by 4000 packs of straw. 2000 candles and four hearths illuminated the eco hall.

Ravadinovo fairytale castle attracts tourists near Sozopol

Ravadinovo fairytale castle - a medieval style building right off of the main road to Sozopol at Ravadinovo attracts the attention of all travelers. The castle is named "In Love with the Wind" - as it is erected at a place that collects all the breezes and thus provides a place to catch a breath of cool air even in the most intense heat.

Last December, the castle was prized with the special award of the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association for the fastest growing tourist attraction site...

"Tsari Mali Grad" fortress will be opened or visitors after complete restoration

The only completely restored roman fortress “Tsari Mali Grad”, located on the St. Spas hill over Belchin, near Samokov will be opened for tourists on July 19th, announced the mayor of the town Vladimir Georgiev.
Until recently the fortress known as Tsari Mali Grad existed only in folklore legends. Archaeologists did not know its exact location but treasure hunters managed to find it.
