Bulgaria to take part in tourism exhibitions in Slovakia and Finland

The Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism is organizing Bulgaria’s participation in tourism exhibitions MATKA in Finland and SLOVAKIATOUR in Slovakia. The exhibitions are taking place from 20th to 23rd January.

MATKA is the biggest exhibition in North Europe and Baltic states. Over 1200 exhibitors from 73 countries participated in the fair in 2010 and the visitors were 81 500. Bulgaria is participating for 12th time.

SLOVAKIATOUR is the biggest tourism fair on Slovakia and it is taking place for 17th time. In 2010 the Slovakian exhibition was visited by over 62 000 people and over 500 participants from 29 countries. Bulgaria is popular in Slovakia as destination for summer tourism and sea vacation.
