It should be more facilities at hotel, e.g table tennis, more biliar tables
The food of the hotel was too poor. It was not tasty at all. There was too many kinds of food but the taste and the quality was very poor. They can minimize the variety and increase the quality. Water should be for free.
The rooms are big but the beds are not comfortable at all. The staff in general is polite but there are some who are very rude. The lobby is too small for such a big hotel. Most of the time it is not possible to find a place to sit.
Not enough waiters in the restaurant.
Very bad room service. They dont clean properly. Ussed glasses were not changed. Soap was not added everyday.

The hotel was not clean. The staff is not friendly. Rooms are very old. No Wi-Fi in the room!!!
Mini buses should either drive more frequently or increase number of seats. Green one took as many as possible and the white van was driving only seated persons, and the driver was not the politest on couple of occasions. The driver of green van was excellent, as well as the bell men.
I do not go skiing, I book these holidays at Pamporovo for my two sons. They always request that I book through BulgariaSki.com and ask to stay at the Orpheus hotel, they absolutely love the resort and the hotel. They have not told me anything negative, in the past 4 years, about the whole experience. They always comment on the quality of the food, accommodation and facilities the hotel has to offer. They are already asking about next years skiing holiday. Makes it easy for me, they want to return to Pamporovo and the Orpheus hotel.
I think hotel staff should be more polite.
Specially staff in lobby and sky bar are not friendly at all.
Hotel is a bit reluctant to hospitality... At the end they help and solve all the problems, but till there you have to struggle a lot, which is not very pleasant for vacation...
Rooms are big and fine, housekeeping personnel is very friendly and helpful.
Bulgariaski personnel and especially Nelly and all the ski instructors we met made our days and vacation great. We thank once again to Nelly for her great hospitality. Regards
Outstanding value for money. Hotel and skiing fabulous.Have used Bulgariaski.com in the past and will continue to use it in the future.
Foods were not good, half of the hotel is filled by Turkish-muslim guests. But hotel management does not care about about foods for muslim guests. For instance, we do not eat pork, they offer pork everyday, we do not eat red meat if it is not 'halal'. Hotel management had a careless approach on it at all.
Other foods were also poor.
We have taken full board, but the foods in lunches were disaster. It was a big mistake us taking full board.
They charge even simply still water as an extra during the meals. First time I see such thing in my 50 years life in skii resorts.
The cleaning service did not change the towels unless you insist them doing that.
The room condition does not comply with 4 star hotel standards.
Electric heater in the room did not work on first day. On the second they, they have changed it on our request. They could have checked the heaters by itself before putting us in the room on the first day.
in the ground floor, about the entertainmnet area with play machines; we purchased coins to play air hockey. But the machine did not work after we put the coin in. The girl- who was responsible for the area, reloaded the machine by switching off/on the machine. Then, I requested from her to give me back the coin that was swallowed by the machine. She did not want to give the coin at all. I insisted, shouted, after that she gave us the 1 coin for free. She did not speak any english although most of the guest in this playing are were foreigners. ıt was really difficult to communicate.
Generally speaking, most of the personnel did not speak english or Turkish. They were not polite enough to the guests.
Hotel was far to the central skii location where most of the hotels are located.
Personally, I would not consider choosing this hotel in the future, I would not recommend this hotel any guests.
The cleaning service was so bad. They nearly didnt clean and tidy up the room. They didnt change the mattress whole week...
We had a hard time to enoy our vacation because first two days we've got the smallest room I guess in the property with two twin beds, no balcony, very noisy second floor. After our complaint for two days finally we've got another room with balcony but no WiFi at all.
Instead staying at the hotel 7 days we've paid out we checked out one (1) day before meaning; six (6) days indeed.

Never i will visit this hotel. All the staff except a restorant manager & the entertainment guys all the other's is not professional. I will add my comments in trip advice.
*the housekeeping of the hotel was terrible.
*couble of the slopes were close and non of the slpes were never pressed.
Only the food was very bad and very cold.
Very good ! I will come back and suggest the place !
