Personal taste, the food was cold and we didn't get our breakfasts on departure.

The service by Diana and in particular Nelly was excellent. The instruction by Michael was also excellent. 4 observations: Firstly there is not a lot to do as a family immediately near the hotel. Secondly, there is not a supervised creche facility, although there is play area for young children. Thirdly, the room is very good but the bed linen is of poor material. Lastly (and frustrating) was the women who did the exchange from Euros to LEV. No customer service or smile!!

All Bulgaria ski staff are friendly and helpful. Perelik hotel is very good and the refurbishment has made it a very good hotel
Winter Home restaurant was a disaster though and we had to complain to the owner.

I was very impressed by the BulgariaSki team; particularly Nelly, Ivan and the two ladies in the kindergarten. All were friendly, helpful and professional.

I found many problems in room:
1) No safe
2) Half-broken door that was very difficult to close
3) Broken lamp bulbs
4) No brush for toilet
5) Bad shower facility
6) Only two lifts for long floors (it took in average 2-3 minutes to get lift)

We had a problem at the hotel for a few days, no water due to massive snowfall. Not the hotel's fault but they gave us very little information and did only hand out one bottle of water the first night so we all had to go out and buy water for tiolet, washing etc. That is very bad service. The people working at the hotel were friendly but the cleaning of the room was very poor. The food was good and they offered a good selection for all the meals.
I will probably stay there again.

Excellent fór the money.

There is no internet access from the rooms so you have to go to the lobby to have access. The swimming pool is not warm enough.
