Deluxe five-star residential villa ARFA is a four-storey building with 10 luxurious apartments and 3 double rooms. Three different types of apartments - green, red and beige, are placed in the same way on each floor.

Villa Arfa 5* boasts a restaurant featuring a welcoming fireplace, a sophisticated lobby bar, a enchanting winter garden complete with private barbecue area, a rejuvenating SPA center with a summer terrace, a fully-equipped gym, massage facilities, and two conference rooms suitable for briefings and business gatherings.

Accommodation
Ensuring convenience, the villa provides a reception area, ski storage for personal equipment, indoor parking, 24-hour security and a controlled visitor access barrier.

Beige Apartment
Beige apartments represent the most expansive accommodations within the villa, featuring a generous bedroom, a lounge area with sofas, and a separate cozy dining space.

Luxuriously appointed, they include two TVs, telephone, safe deposit box, Wi-Fi, minibar, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other a guest bathroom), hairdryer, and premium toiletries.

Positioned to the southwest, they overlook the resort's center and accommodate two guests, with the option for two extra beds.

Red Apartment
Red apartments consist of two distinct rooms - a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a living room adorned with a fireplace and balcony.

Centrally positioned across each of the three floors and facing south, they offer dedicated workspaces and intimate dining areas. Adhering to the highest standards of a five-star hotel, they are equipped with modern conveniences such as a plasma TV, telephone, safe deposit box, Wi-Fi, minibar, bathtub, hairdryer, and premium toiletries. These apartments accommodate up to four guests, with two regular beds and the option for two extra beds.

Green Apartment
Green apartments comprise two separate rooms - a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a living room with a terrace.
