53% of the Tourists Use Internet to Choose a Hotel and Holiday Destination

In December 2008, the hotels’ managers in Pamporovo Resort and the municipalities of Smolyan and Devin started a research of the opinion of the tourists about the hotels and holidays services in the region. It lasted 4 mounts but the number of the filled questionnaires was much smaller than it was expected.
