On March 28rd Pirin Golf & Country Club started the Pirin Monthly Series for second year. The series of tournaments will be held each month until September. The tournament will be played on the championship golf course Ian Woosnam golf course, format Stableford Individual. The participants will be divided into three groups.

“Sostra” is very well preserved complex situated on an ancient roman road “Via Trayana”.

The "Sostra" fortress is a Roman military post, built over the ruins of a Thracian settlement. It is situated 2 km north of of Troyan and 28 km south of Lovech. The site islocated on a relatively flat terrain in the valley of the Osam river.

The origin of the word "sostra" comes form ancient Greek and means girdle, bandage, barrier.

Even though we have just welcomed the spring season here in Bulgaria, my skiing enthusiasm cannot be seized that easily.
I am sure that all of you who had just got back home from the mountain holiday already miss it, just like me right now. It is just not fare to leave that good snow melt away.
