Reconstruction, innovations and improvement of the infrastructure have been made in Albena resort:

1. Several hotels (Mura Hotel, Nona Hotel, Laguna Mare Hotel, Dorostor Hotel) welcome their guests with renovated rooms. Restaurants of Vita Park Hotel and Compass Hotel are reconstructed. Amelia Hotel and Altheya Hotel are fully air-conditioned.

80 golfers opened Golf season 2011 at Pirin Golf and Country Club

After the long winter break, Bulgarian and foreign golfers had the chance to enjoy a golf game, part of the opening tournament for 2011 at the Pirin Golf and country club near Bansko.

80 golfers participated in the tournament and additional 10 keen golfers preferred the golf course at “Pirin Golf” for the excellent conditions and the perfect organization on the golf club. Chepelare Report

Chepelare has always been hidden behind the shadow of the shiny Pamporovo resort. However it definitely has its own unique charm of the live little mountain town with long traditions and heros. Borovets proved to be the best party ski resort in Bulgaria

Borovets ski resort marked the official opening of the skiing season this year with a a grandiose show. Once again the resort proved to be the best party spot for all skiers and snowboarders.

The organizers supplied us with party music, dances, ski demonstrations and cool ski jumps performed by young freestyle enthusiasts. Bansko Opera Festival 2010

The first open-air opera festival in Bansko was held on 27th and 28th of August 2010 at the foot of Pirin mountain. The ambition of the organizers – Bansko municipality, Tourist Association - Bansko and the prestigious Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel is to turn the cultural event into an annual event.

4 days and 3 nights at Rjana Open Air

For the 4th year in a row the Funkadelia organizers took us to the village of Ignatitsa, about 100 km away from Sofia, and lifted us on 1500 m above the sea level on a big meadow in Rjana Mountain. From July 08 (Thursday) to July 11 (Sunday) 2010 we enjoyed not only the mountain nature, but also various styles of electronic music that presented to us Rjana Open Air festival.

Sebastien Loeb triumphed at Rally Bulgaria

Rally Bulgaria 2010, round of the World Rally Championship ended on 11 July 2010. Sebastien Loeb convincingly won the race with 29,5 sec. He was followed by another french pilot Dani Sordo. The third place was taken by Peter Solberg (Norway), and the fourth place by Sebastien Ogier (France).

A trekking tour in the Rui mountain and the gorge of the Erma river

We decided to spend the two free days of the 01 May holiday outside Sofia. We were looking for a picturesque site with beautiful nature, situated on a maximum distance of 100 km away from the capital of Bulgaria. Thus we chose the region around Tran – a completely unknown site for us. We were attracted by the eco trail situated around the gorge of the Erma river and the Rui mountain with the highest peak of the same name.
