The lighthouse in Shabla welcomes guests

The occasion is the International year of the sea lighthouses.

Day of the open doors in one of the most interesting sites on the Black sea – the eastern end of Bulgaria – the lighthouse in Shabla.

Grisha Ganchev Constructs Golf Courses near Shabla

Grisha Ganchev will construct Golf Courses near Shabla Resort in Bulgaria. The businessman will act in cooperation with the municipality of Shabla through his shareholding “Litex Bulgaria golf” club. They will form a new company, named “Shabla golf - Ezerets”.

Bicycle Line to Link Black Sea Coastal Cities in Bulgaria and Romania

A bicycle line consistent with European standards will be built between the town of Shabla, on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, and the resort village of 2 Mai on Romania’s coast, Romanian media reported.

The 500,000-euro project, financed by Brussels, will begin in May. According to the Romanian daily newspaper Adevarul, its expected completion date is in November.

Shabla Teams up with Private co for Golf Resort Project

Shabla resort, on the Black Sea, has registered a golf development joint venture with Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Co, an outfit affiliated with Varna-based business conglomerate TIM.

The municipality has contributed a 110 ha land plot to the assets of the Golf Shabla AD receiving in exchange a 35% stake in the joint venture.

Golf Course in Shabla

Shabla municipality and Oil and Gas E&P have established the joint venture Shabla Golf. Building of a new golf course between Shabla and the village of Tyulenovo, north-eastern Bulgaria, will start within the next five months, Shabla municipal council chair Svetla Atanassova said. Investments in the new project are to exceed 100 million leva. Shabla municipality will provide 135 ha of land as a contribution in kind into the new firm. The land is estimated at 3.8 million leva. 5 golf course projects to tee off in Shabla coastal area

Developers plan to shoehorn no less than 5 golf resorts between Shabla and Durankulak, a 20 km stretch on Bulgaria's northern Black Sea coastline.
The Shabla municipality said the projects will be developed by Bulgarian Golf Society and Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Co., both part of Varna-based economic conglomerate TIM, Litex Commerce, Bulgaria Hold and Rosinvest.
TIM is also developing a marina project in the Shabla bay area.
