They gave us 2 very small rooms, one of whitch had an electric fault that the staff was aware and still made a face when we asked to change room.
The hotel is targeting bussiness people but on Sunday until 23h, it had extremly load music in the ground floor bar (bed on the first floor room was vibrating because of it and on the 4 floor it was hard to have a conversation with someone in the room).
The breakfast, was not a great deal either. There was not much fruit available, coffe machine was broken on the second day, the pastery was not that great.
On Sunday, there was no room service or restaurant.
I wouldn't recomend this hotel.

On the other hand, Diana Kalcheva was very professional handling a cancelation and move your booking in another hotel.
