Aboriginal dance performance in Sofia

The ambassadors of the Australian culture will perform their native dances in Hall 1 at the National Palace of Culture (17 October) in Sofia,in Plovdiv (19 October) and the Sports and Culture Palace in Varna (22 October).

Descendans have often taken part in significant events like the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000, the Olympic Cultural Dances in Seoul in 2004, The Football World Cup in Germany and the Rugby World Cup.

The Scottish “Braemar” will Manage the Golf Course in Pravets

The Scottish company “Braemar golf developments” will manage the golf course in Parvets, which is part of the tourism complex “Pravets Golf and Spa”, this was announced by the manager of the investor company – “Terra Tours Service”, Lachezar Todorov. The complex is now in process of construction and is expected to start operating by the end of 2009 and the golf course will start operating in 2010.

Stereo MCs to Hit Sofia for Third Time

UK stars Stereo MCs are coming to Sofia for a third time to stage a memorable show at the Festivalna Hall in the capital. The concert will be on November 11 and tickets cost BGN 30-40, organizers said.

The authors of "Connected" are to present in Bulgaria their last album "Double Bubble" that is set to get them back on the wave of fame.

Bulgarian fans still remember the great concerts of the band in 2002 and 2005.

The Feast of Sofia

Roisin Murphy Arrives in Bulgaria

The eccentric ex-vocalist of Moloko Roisin Murphy arrives in Bulgaria for the 400th birthday of Bushmills. The concert, which will mark the 4-century anniversary of the oldest whiskey in the world, will take place in Universiada Hall on November 6th.

The singer will arrive with her own equipment and a team of 15 people. The organizers from Bushmills Cotton records promise a grandiose show with many special effects and lighting.

Young Music Talents Festival 2008

17 September, Sofia Day, is coming closer and it is time to check out the progress of the young talents in classic music. They will show pure genius on this year's Young Music Talents Festival which this time is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Marin Goleminov. Most performers were born in the 1980s and 1990s; the smallest is 12-year old piano magician Kalia Kalcheva. All concerts are in Bulgaria Hall, 14th - 21st September.

"Jam on It" Festival for Ninth Time in Bulgaria
