Basement floor - 2 large rooms (27 sq.m) with upholstered extensible furniture and cozy arranged English courtyards.
Ground floor - 6 rooms (25 sq.m) and 1 studio with large terraces with partial sea view.
First floor - 9 large rooms with upholstered extensible furniture and 1 studio. All of them feature terraces with view to the sea and pool.
Second floor - 7 rooms, 2 maisonettes with one bedroom, 1 maisonette with 2 bedrooms, each having view to the sea and pool.

Maisonettes consist of 2 rooms, located on 2 floors. On the first floor is located the living-room with air-conditioner, sanitary unit and terrace. On the second floor is the bedroom.
