Accommodation: Apart-hotel Serena Residence offers luxuriously furnished studios and apartments, creating an unforgettable atmosphere, calmness, comfort for its guests. The apartment complex includes 76 apartments, 19 studios and one VIP property divided among four floors. Each apartment has a balcony and individual air conditioning. The interior walls are painted in bright fresh colors and fully-equipped bathrooms showers cabins are at your disposal.

Each studio offers stylish furniture and it disposes with a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, electric cooker with rings, sink, absorbent, etc.), chairs and dining table, satellite TV, safety deposit box /in some rooms/, bathroom with a shower cabin, hairdryer, air conditioning and balcony. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with two single beds or one double bed and a living room with sofa bed which can sleep two more guests. The furniture and equipment is the same as in the studios, but with individual air conditioning for each room.

Comforts in the hotel: Serena Residence offers additional services to its guests such as: restaurant with 200 seats, outdoor gym. At your disposal are the hotel’s main restaurant offering a terrace and non-smoking area and the scenic barbeque restaurant. There is an outdoor swimming pool with children's section, sunbeds and parasols near the pool.
