Sozopolis complex is a unique gated holiday complex, which covers an area of 88,500 square meters. It is located on Cape Kolokita, only 2 km south of Sozopol and 40 km from Bourgas Airport. The architecture of the houses and the cobbled streets resemble the appearance of Old Sozopol. The complex is surrounded by stunning views and beautifully landscaped common areas.

Stylishly furnished apartments consisting of a spacious living room with a kitchen area, a bedroom, a private bathroom with a shower cabin and free toiletries. Some of the apartments are located on the ground floor and have a beautiful private veranda with garden furniture, others are located on the 2nd floor and have a balcony. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate a third guest or up to two children up to 12 years. The kitchen in the apartments is equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator and air conditioners in both rooms, washing machine. Each apartment has its own parking space. Each apartment has cable TV, Wi-Fi / LAN internet with individual router. Capacity - 2 adults, 2 adults with up to two children up to 12 years. or 3 adults and a child up to 3 years.

Two - bedroom apartment / 115 sq.m
There are two types of two-bedroom apartments, which consist of a living room with a kitchen area and a dining area, two bedrooms, a private bathroom with a shower cabin and free toiletries and a separate toilet. The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, air conditioners in all rooms, washing machine.
Each apartment has its own parking space. Each apartment has cable TV, Wi-Fi / LAN internet with individual router.
1 type - Apartment located on the ground floor with a private veranda for relaxation with garden furniture. It has two bedrooms with Quin size beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra guest or up to two children up to 12 years.
Type 2 - Apartment located on the 2nd floor with balcony. It has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate one extra guest.
In one of the bedrooms it is possible to put an extra pull-out bed for an extra guest.
Capacity for regular and extra beds - 4 adults, 4 adults with up to two children up to 12 years. or 5 adults and a child up to 3 years old.

Two-Bedroom Family Villa/ 155 sq.m Comfortably furnished single-family villas with garden views. They are two-storey twin houses, adjacent to each other / Type of row houses /, each with a separate veranda and well-landscaped open areas / without own yard /. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen area, bathroom with toilet, veranda in front of the entrance, terrace and closet.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms / in one of the rooms two single beds and in the other a double bed /, a bathroom with a toilet and a balcony. Each villa has its own parking space. The kitchens are equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and air conditioning in each room. In the living room on the 1st floor there is a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra guest or two children.
In one of the bedrooms there is a possibility to put an extra pull-out bed for an extra guest.

We kindly invite our guests to specify the approximate arrival time. If it is after the working hours of the reception it is necessary to contact the reception of the complex Sozopol in advance to organize a timely welcome guests.
2. Cleaning of apartments and villas
 Sozopolis complex rents private apartments and villas.
 Daily cleaning is not available.
 Basic cleaning of the premises and change of linen is done after every 3 nights.
 Extra towels and toiletries are available on request.
