The complex ”Sun City 1” includes self-contained private apartments, luxury and completely furnished. There are one-room studios, two-room and three-room apartments. It is provided for 50 underground parking lots and additional grassed parking lots out of the settlement.

Location: The quarter is very quiet end tranquil. Beach strip is in the close, main roads are easy accessible. The place is close to old town of Nessebar.
